HELP & SUPPORT

What do you need help with?

Find your next step below. If you need a hand, email us—you do not need a connected App account to ask for help.

01

Contact support

Email trainingcompass@chenschan.com with what happened, the approximate time and your App version. In My → Support, the email action can include your App version and Account ID, if available.

Please don’t send raw Health data, exported plans, payment details, passwords or sign-in codes. Remove personal information from screenshots. No diagnostic attachment is required.

Support cannot view your full training records. Your message does not give us access to them.

02

I can’t create a plan

New plans need an internet connection and the online plan service enabled. Start with the message shown in Today. Check that you have allowed at least one training type and confirmed your birthday if requested.

If the App says a plan is waiting for confirmation, use Continue confirmation. This continues the existing delivery without generating again or counting it twice. If another device is still handling a plan, return to that device or wait for it to finish.

If a new request is needed, follow the App’s message. If the problem persists, contact us with that message, the time and App version.

Privacy and your information

For access, correction, deletion or a privacy complaint, contact trainingcompass@chenschan.com. The App owner is the privacy contact. We may need to verify your account before sharing or changing account records; an Account ID in an email is not proof of ownership. Please do not send identity documents unless we explain a specific need.

Requesting a refund

Apple handles subscription payments and refund requests. You can submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple assesses eligibility; submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Cancel renewal separately in Apple subscription settings if you do not want another charge.

If the service is not working, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve it. These instructions do not limit any remedies available under applicable consumer law.

03

Health data is missing

Review Apple Health access from My. Permission and available records are different: granting access does not create missing data. Aerobic plans need enough heart-rate information. If only aerobic training is allowed and that information is unavailable, review data and permissions or allow strength or functional training where suitable.

You can still use local tools without Health access. A missing-data message is not a recommendation to rest. The App keeps an existing usable plan when required information prevents a new one.

04

I changed my settings, but not my plan

Saving training conditions affects the next plan. It does not automatically generate or rewrite the saved plan. Generate again when you want a new plan; a successfully delivered replacement may use another free plan.

Your time is a maximum for the whole plan, including preparation, rests and the finish. Extra available time does not mean the App will always add more training. Rest may be a valid result.

05

I cannot see the workout on my Watch

Open the workout on iPhone and check its delivery message. For a supported workout, choose Add to Watch schedule. Added to Watch schedule means the system accepted the arrangement; it does not confirm arrival on Watch or completion. Check your Watch before starting.

Follow the App’s prompt to grant authorization, review system settings, or finish Watch setup. Retry only when the App offers that action. If it still cannot be sent, contact support. Apple Watch is optional; you can read the plan and follow its teaching on iPhone.

06

How do free uses and rest plans count?

Each verified App Store identity gets 20 free delivered plans in total. The allowance does not reset daily or monthly and does not start billing. Training and rest plans count, whether or not they include an explanation. Failed attempts do not count; repeating confirmation of the same delivery never counts twice.

A valid subscription preserves your remaining free uses. There is no daily plan quota, but repeated rapid requests may need a brief wait. A subscription does not guarantee training every day or a particular exercise type. If usage seems wrong, contact us with the approximate time and message shown.

07

Purchases and subscriptions

If your purchase is not recognized, open the subscription controls in My and use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used to buy it. If verification is temporarily unavailable, that does not mean you have no subscription. Contact us if restoring does not resolve it; do not send payment details.

Cancel or manage renewal

Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Apple’s subscription management. Deleting the App or account, or disabling the online plan service, does not cancel Apple billing.

Monthly and annual subscriptions have the same benefits. Purchases renew automatically unless canceled; Apple displays the price, taxes and terms before purchase. Family Sharing is not enabled.

08

Manage service access and permissions

In My → Privacy and data, you can disable the online plan service. This stops subsequent automatic connections and pauses unfinished work. It does not cancel subscriptions, erase existing service records or undo confirmed usage. You can still manage an Apple subscription or delete the account; those actions may connect to the relevant service.

Apple Health, notifications and Watch authorization are separate system choices. The website has no account controls. If you cannot access the App’s controls, email support.

09

Timers and reminders

The timers in Tools work offline and do not require a subscription or use plan allowances. Saving settings does not change a running timer’s target. Save and start begins again with the new settings.

The sitting timer does not automatically switch between work and rest. At the target it keeps counting elapsed time; choose Start break or Resume work yourself. Meditation ends at its target or when you end it.

For a missing reminder, review notification permission and follow any retry prompt in the App. Reminders and Live Activities depend on iOS settings and device capabilities, so they may not appear at an exact second in the background or on the lock screen.

10

Plan history and changing devices

Full plan history stays on your iPhone and can be opened from My. It records plans the App provided, not proof of completed training. We do not provide cloud backup or cross-device history sync. Restoring purchases restores verified access, not deleted plans.

Saved compatible plans and teaching can be read offline. An update may make older incompatible plans unavailable. If you are unsure about missing history, contact support before deleting or reinstalling the App.

11

Delete your account

Open My → Privacy and data and follow Delete account. Successful deletion removes the service account and its records, plus this iPhone’s plans, history, training conditions, manually entered profile and pending requests. These cannot be restored. Tool settings and timers, and workouts already added to Watch, remain.

A minimal free-usage record remains for 12 months; reconnecting during that period does not reset free uses. Cancel Apple billing separately. If deletion fails, do not assume it completed—contact support. Deletion details ↗
