Seated Head Turns
Sit steadily with relaxed shoulders. Turn slowly to one side, hold about 5 seconds and return to center. Complete one side before switching; do not push your head with a hand.

Gently turn your head while seated to move your neck.
How to do it
- Sit steadily and relax your shoulders.
- Breathe naturally and turn your head slowly to one side within a comfortable range, without pushing it with your hand.
- Hold about 5 seconds, then return to centre to complete one repetition on that side.
- Complete one side before switching; finish with your head centered.
Make it easier
- Use a smaller comfortable turn.
Common mistakes
- Do not swing or force the head or make large neck circles.
When to stop or adjust
- Stop or modify for pain, dizziness or inability to control the movement.
