More languages, regional formatting and access to your service records.
Six interface languages
Choose English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, French, German or Japanese in My → Language. Regional wording follows your device region.
Your saved plan, in your language
Saved plans, exercise guides and available explanations follow your interface language. Switching languages does not create a new plan or use your allowance.
Dates and times that follow your region
Dates and times use your chosen language and system region, including your calendar and hour format.
Export your service records
In My → Privacy and data → Export service records, save a JSON file of the cloud records associated with your verified account, including retained account, session, subscription and delivery information.
This export contains service records. It is not a health-data export or a backup of your full training history, and cannot restore plans in the App. Keep the file private.
